Sofia Marchesini, 30 years old, born in Verona (Italy). She is the co-owner of the truffle shop, the first in the Valencian Community and among the top 10 in all of Spain. After working in Europe in food distribution and in Italy in the world of truffles, she decided to stop here in Alicante with a project of her own.
